Three-channel glass and film testing
The LS101 uses a parallel optical path and reports visible-light transmission, UV rejection and infrared rejection. The pictured model is the LCD second-generation instrument, with a support stand, automatic calibration and a HOLD function.
Use and measurement scope
Place a suitable sample in the slot after the instrument calibrates without a sample. The quoted accuracy applies to colourless, uniform transparent material. Measurements at the instrument wavelengths should not be substituted for a full solar-energy test.
